Enter A Space Designed For Real Transformation

Sessions with me aren’t traditional therapy where we analyze your challenges from a distance. Instead, we practice new ways of being together in real time, using our relationship as the foundation for your growth.

You’ll experience what it feels like to be truly seen and heard, to communicate your needs vulnerably and authentically, and to trust your own inner knowing. Through embodied practices, we’ll reconnect you with your body’s wisdom and develop your capacity to stay present with yourself even when things feel overwhelming.

Each session includes relational coaching tailored to your unique journey, embodied self-advocacy practice, somatic techniques to reconnect with your body’s signals, real-time relationship skills development, and shame-resilience tools for navigating life changes with self-compassion.

What is Integrative Health Coaching?

Integrative Health Coaching recognizes that true wellness encompasses physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of your life. Unlike traditional approaches that focus on isolated symptoms or behaviors, integrative health coaching looks at the whole person and how all areas of your life interconnect.

This approach honors your body’s innate wisdom while addressing the emotional patterns and relational dynamics that impact your overall well-being. We don’t just work on surface-level changes; we explore the deeper connections between your physical experiences, emotional responses, relationships, and life circumstances.

In our work together, this means understanding how your perimenopause symptoms might be connected to stress in your relationships, or how learning to set boundaries impacts both your emotional well-being and your physical energy. It’s about supporting you in making sustainable changes that honor your whole self.

Working Through Life Transitions

Perimenopause and Menopause

Together, we’ll navigate the physical and emotional complexity of this transition while developing tools to advocate for yourself with healthcare providers. We’ll practice trusting your body’s signals, working through the emotional intensity that can accompany hormonal changes, and reclaiming your sense of self during this profound life shift.

Divorce and Relationship Changes

We’ll work on rebuilding your relationship with yourself, practicing strong and loving boundaries, and learning to communicate your needs clearly. You’ll develop the skills to navigate co-parenting challenges, process grief and loss, and create space for authentic connections that truly nourish you.

Career Transitions and Professional Changes

We’ll explore what authentic success looks like for you now, practice advocating for your worth and needs in professional settings, and develop confidence in your decision-making. Together, we’ll work through imposter syndrome and help you trust your instincts as you navigate new professional territory.

Empty Nest Syndrome

We’ll focus on rediscovering who you are beyond your role as an active parent, exploring new interests and relationships, and learning to direct the care and attention you’ve given others back toward yourself. This transition offers profound opportunities for personal growth and authentic self-discovery.

Loss and Grief

We’ll create space for the full range of your emotions while developing tools to stay present with difficult feelings. Together, we’ll practice self-compassion during the healing process and explore how loss can become a catalyst for deeper connection with yourself and others.

General Midlife Questioning

When you’re feeling like the life you’ve been living isn’t actually yours, we’ll explore what authentic living means for you. We’ll work together to identify your true values and desires, practice expressing them in your relationships, and develop the courage to make changes that align with who you’re becoming.

Session Options & Structure

Single Session

A single session can provide valuable insight, tools, and clarity for specific challenges you’re facing. This option works well if you’re looking for focused support around a particular issue or want to experience this approach before committing to ongoing work.

Ongoing Sessions

While single sessions can be helpful, the true benefit and transformation develop over time through ongoing sessions. Real change happens through consistent practice and deepening relationship, both with yourself and in our work together. Most clients find that working together over several months allows for genuine integration of new skills and sustainable shifts in how they show up in their lives.

Initial Session: 75 minutes to allow time for thorough exploration of your situation and goals

Follow-up Sessions: 60 minutes each

*The number of sessions depends entirely on you and your goals. Some clients work with me for a few months during a specific transition, while others find value in longer-term support as they navigate multiple life changes. We’ll discuss what feels right for you throughout our process, and you always have the freedom to adjust as your needs evolve.*

Between Sessions

The real work happens in your daily life as you practice the skills we develop together in sessions. This might include trying new ways of communicating with loved ones, practicing boundary-setting, or using somatic tools when you feel overwhelmed.

All between-session practice is completely optional. You get out what you put in, and I trust you to know what feels manageable and meaningful for your life right now. Some clients love having specific practices to try, while others prefer to let things unfold naturally. There’s no wrong way to engage with this work.
